“The standard we had at times was exceptionally high. That is a fact. I could not talk like that if it was not the case. That is the reason, in terms of results, I mentioned we've seen this before. Which is why I feel we are really close to a shift in fortunes. But for the moment: small things.”

“We produced plenty of positives that we did, once more. But now comes down to sustaining it. My message would be different the same. Therefore I am a big believer we’re going to be able to get back on track.”

Opposition Reaction Outlook

Rangers manager was cautious about a title charge despite what seemed like a statement victory. “Step by step, then we can really build up a challenge,” he said. “The belief in the group is immense.”
